The enquiry lines are open 9am -5:30pm, Monday to Friday 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, you'll be able to summon help instantly if you need it.

Simply use the Aid-Call Button we provide, and you'll be talking to one of our professionally trained operators within seconds. They will arrange the appropriate help: either sending round your own previously nominated neighbour, friend or relative, or calling out the emergency services if necessary.

Aid-Call is available immediately, with no waiting list and no means testing. It's the perfect safety system for anyone who values their independence as much as their peace of mind.
